Description

A single bedroom is available from 12 December for £970 per month, with bills included. It has access to a shared bathroom and balcony, and can be furnished with a bed and drawers for an additional cost. A double room is also available for £1,650 per month, with its own bathroom on the same floor and optional furniture.

You would join a Kiwi couple in their late twenties or early thirties. Both work full time, one as a lawyer and the other in construction. They are looking for sociable housemates who enjoy spending time together, watching films, relaxing on the sofa and occasionally cooking as a household.

The terrace house is in Battersea, around a six-minute walk from Clapham Junction and a ten-minute walk from Battersea Park. Viewings are planned for 27 and 29 October. Housemates should be aged 25 or over.
