A fully furnished ground-floor double bedroom is available in a shared house, with separate access to the private back garden. The room includes a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Rent is £1,100 per month with all bills included, plus £20 per month for a cleaner who visits every two weeks. The deposit is also £1,100.

The house is currently shared by five working professionals aged 23 to 26, including consultants, project managers, a tax professional and a nurse. The household is looking for a sociable working professional, preferably male and aged 24 to 28. Couples and students are not accepted.

Tooting Broadway Station on the Northern line is an eight-minute walk away. The high street, Sainsbury’s, M&S and Lidl are within a ten-minute walk, while Tooting Market is five minutes away. The house has a private back garden with a barbecue, bench and shed.
