Two large rooms are available in a four-bedroom female-only house, with most furniture and plenty of built-in storage. The rooms are available for either two people together or two solo tenants, at £900 per month each with bills included.

The house has two bathrooms, a living room and a small rear garden. You would live with two Irish women in their late twenties, both working in offices in the City. Applicants should ideally be aged 23 to 35, earn at least £35,000 and pass referencing checks.

Tooting Broadway Station is a three-minute walk away, with a large Sainsbury’s and M&S two minutes away. St George’s Hospital is also nearby. The rooms are available between 21 and 28 November, with some flexibility.
