Phibsborough, often spelled Phibsboro, is a mixed residential and commercial neighbourhood about 2 km north of the old city centre in Dublin 7. Its busy heart is Doyle's Corner, where Phibsborough Road meets the North Circular Road, and it is bordered by Glasnevin to the north, Drumcondra to the east and Cabra and Grangegorman to the west. Three Luas Green line stops serve the area, Phibsborough, Grangegorman and Broadstone, with direct trams through O'Connell Street to St Stephen's Green and beyond, and many bus routes run along Phibsborough Road and the North Circular Road.
